Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me create a lifelong love of learning for my Pre-K students. By incorporating a STEAM station into our learning centers, my students will build confidence and self-esteem and develop critical thinking skills. It will improve communication skills, nurture their creativity, and aid in their sensory development.

At-risk students sometimes miss out on life experiences that other young learners have, and STEAM is all about exploration and experiences.

When children make their own discoveries, they are making hypotheses while learning to make sense of the world around them. This empowers them to continue this type of exploration outside of the classroom.

A STEAM learning center will encourage my students to come up with unique solutions to even the most basic problems. Preschool STEAM activities that use technology will help prepare them for a more tech-driven future.
