The students at my school are so full of life and energy. They enter everyday excited and ready to learn. They have varying abilities and interests but when they enter my room, they are part of the family.
My students have a love of learning and their faces light up when they are able to work with technology!
I would love to add to our assortment of technology tools.
We have a diverse population of students from many different countries and backgrounds. My school is located in a middle-class area with thirty-two percent of the school population eligible for free or reduced-price lunch.
My Project
I am asking for accessories for the 3Doodlers I had funded, as well as engineering and STEAM supplies. Going into my second year as the STEM teacher I would like to incorporate more art and hands on activities for my students. We have focused a lot on computer literacy, and with these new materials I will be able to introduce the other areas of STEAM.
My students are going on their 3rd year without art.
They miss showcasing their creativity, and I believe these items will allow them to shine. Education is underfunded, especially the “special areas” and related arts. Please help me bring these materials to my students.
