Full Bellies for 2nd Graders

Help me give my students healthy snacks to fill their bellies. It's hard to learn when you're hungry!

My Project

My students are curious, creative, and collaborative! They are eager to learn. The only problem is that they are growing girls and boys. They are hungry often in our classroom and don't always have the snacks that they need.

Help me have snacks available for my students so they can eat and focus on their learning.

Over the past couple of months, I have noticed that many of my students are not able to bring snacks from home on a regular basis. This causes them to grow frustrated easily and makes it harder for them to focus and do their best in school. With your help, I can give my students that need some extra calories a granola bar, a bag of Cheez-its, or some applesauce to help them make it through the day.
