Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project aims to create a comprehensive motivational system within the classroom that empowers students to set, pursue, and achieve their daily goals. By offering a diverse range of rewards based on their accomplishments, we seek to inspire continuous effort, perseverance, and dedication. The program will encourage healthy competition, personal growth, and community building. Students will be rewarded with incentives that acknowledge their hard work and inspire future successes.

I will foster a positive, achievement-driven classroom culture where every student is motivated to succeed.

I will help students set realistic, achievable goals on a daily basis.

I will provide meaningful rewards that encourage ongoing effort and self-improvement.

To inspire students by recognizing and celebrating their dedication, effort, and accomplishments.At the end of each week, there will be a “Celebration of Success” where students who consistently meet their goals will be recognized in front of the class.
