My Project

My first-grade students come to school each day eager to learn, grow, and do their best. Many of my scholars rely on school as a place where they receive consistent meals, but hunger doesn’t always wait until lunchtime. Having snacks available in our classroom will help students stay focused, energized, and ready to learn throughout the day. These snacks will provide quick nourishment during times when students need an extra boost so they can fully participate in reading, writing, math, and hands-on learning activities. By providing snacks, we are supporting not only their physical well-being but also their academic success. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn without the distraction of an empty stomach, and your generosity will help create a classroom where every scholar feels cared for, valued, and ready to succeed.
