Fuel the System!

Help me give my students the ability to learn how to properly "fuel their systems"! We have high intensity Strength and Conditioning classes and our students need proper nutrition that is quick, healthy and on the go!

My Project

Our school is full of amazing young people. They are highly motivated and most travel from all around the city to attend our school. Our students hold themselves to a high academic standard and are equally committed to excellence in the Fitness Center! Having access to healthy snacks immediately following exercise and workouts will be an enormous benefit to our students well being. Being able to consume quality snacks post exercise will allow students to focus on their next class instead of being distracted by hunger. Additionally, my hope is that access to these types of snacks will keep students away from the more readily available unhealthy options!
