My Project

My students struggle to learn and focus when they feel left out or their needs are not being met. I like to have extra snacks available for students who do not bring one. I try very hard to make sure our classroom is where students basic needs are met.

My students need to feel safe, cared for, and secure in order to help them learn.

By knowing that they can have a snack to fill an empty stomach, then it can reduce the stress and anxiety they feel and help them focus on their main job--Learning!
