From Songs to Storytelling: a Projector for Student Creativity

Help me give my students a projector to display lyrics for Karaoke Class and bring Dungeons and Dragons maps to life, supporting confidence, creativity, and teamwork.

My Project

What I love about my students is the creativity they bring when they have opportunities to share their interests. Whether they are finding the courage to sing in front of classmates or working together through a Dungeons and Dragons adventure, these activities give them meaningful ways to participate, connect, and contribute.

One projector will support two experiences that help students build confidence and collaboration.

In Karaoke Class, it will display lyrics where everyone can see them, helping students follow along and participate together. Students will practice listening, timing, and performing while learning to encourage one another.

During Dungeons and Dragons, the projector will display maps so students can share a clear view of the world they are exploring. They will use those maps to plan movements, reason about distance and space, and make decisions as a team. Their adventures also give them opportunities to practice creative storytelling, communication, and problem-solving.

This projector will bring music and imagined worlds into a shared space, helping students see their ideas come to life and recognize the value of their voices.
