My Project

Our entire first grade team, 4 classrooms, is trying to enhance and streamline the data collection process for our classrooms. The people that know our needs the best reside right here in our very own community! We are asking for help purchasing a desktop document scanner for each classroom. These specific items are pricey but invaluable in aiding with the collection of data, saving time, and re-directing that time saved to the molding of little minds! Our students benefit from ANY extra amount of time we are able to provide them with. We have really made strides this year toward parents being able to see a more clear picture of their child's education. This would allow more of your child's data to be sent directly to you! Currently, we spend a lot of time collecting, sorting, and storing a massive amount of data for our children. We have a great picture of our students' progress because of this. The downfall is that our students are also missing out on time that could be directed to targeted instruction instead of paperwork. Our students would greatly benefit from the time we would be able to save by using the desktop scanners. They will also benefit from their hard work being sent home more often, quicker, and online as well! Your donation would be very much appreciated and put to great use!
