Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Working in a low-income urban setting, not all of my students are able to start school with the necessary supplies to help make them successful. By donating to this project, you would be giving my students new crayons, pencils, and glue for future projects and activities that will take place throughout the year.
Each and every one of my students should be able to start the year feeling excited and prepared!
These materials will do just that for all 24 of my incoming students. Crayons will allow them to show their creativity, pencils to practice their handwriting and complete assignments, glue for all those sticky projects, and by providing teacher supplies I will be able to model and create games and activities to help them foster their learning!
