This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am so grateful that I am lucky enough to be a 3rd grade literacy teacher to many really amazing students. Everyday I have the opportunity and privilege of creating opportunities for students to brighten their future. With these new books, my students will be able to engage in exciting and beautiful stories that capture their imagination and take them into new worlds- fostering their love for reading.

My students love reading and as I encourage them everyday to grab a book and read, they are eager to finish and continue onto the next book- which is such an incredible thing to witness.

I am excited that they will have the opportunity to dive into some new titles and hopefully continue to spark their enjoyment of reading!
