Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is important for Kindergarten students to have a special place to read.

Having a designated reading area that is cozy and inviting can help children feel safe and comfortable, which can enhance their reading experience.

A special reading nook will help minimize distractions and create a quiet, focus environment where students can fully engage with the material they are reading.

It is important to promote the love of reading. By creating a special place I can help foster a positive association with books and reading in my Kindergarten students, encouraging them to develop a lifelong love for reading.

Having a consistent place for reading can also help establsih a routine and sense of structure in a child's day, providing them with a comforting and familiar space to engage with books and stories.
