My Project

I love providing my 4th graders with engaging books, and this is no different for our reading intervention time. My school calls our reading intervention time "W.I.N." (What I Need). There are two main supplies that I need to create an effective W.I.N. time: engaging books and comfortable seating.

My current small group stools are very old and falling apart.

This makes it so not everyone is comfortable. I have also used two sets of the "What If I Had Animal" series books with my intervention group, and they have absolutely devoured them. They will not stop asking for more. These three sets I do not have, and I guarantee there will be some very excited 4th graders when I'm able to bring these out during W.I.N. time.

Lastly, I added a bag of candy because what classroom doesn't need candy? This will be used in our class store for students to buy with their behavior points.

I am so excited for how these materials will bring a major upgrade to our W.I.N. time and how excited my students will be for these gifts. Thank you so much for considering to help fund my project!
