It also makes clean up a breeze.\r\nThis new shelving unit is the perfect size for our room and is much more astheticly pleasing to look at compared to the old makeshift cubby from the basement of discarded \"useful\" items that we were utilizing. \r\nStudents are more inclined to be drawn to the STEAM space because they can clearly see the items on display and are intrigued with each of them. It is so much more challenging than just clicking images on a screen!\r\nSomething that I've noticed since incorporating more items like these into the classroom is that students are more willing to share and engage with classmates that they might not interact with normally. \r\nI love watching them try over and over to solve the different puzzles. They are learning to regulate their frustrations when they aren't able to solve simething instantly. I've been seeing this game all over TikTok!\", which really gave me a good laugh and got their classmates intrigued. The students have been having a blast learning how to play and challenging their friends with the difficult levels.\r\nIt has been interesting to see some students really struggle with the concept of how the pieces fit together and not get overly frustrated. They know it's possible to solve, and they either keep trying until they get it right, or ask for a \"hints\" before completely giving up for the day. \r\nTo have students come into a computer lab setting and intentionally WANT to play this during free time, rather than computer games has been so amazing to witness.
