This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The books that I have selected will help me reinforce the prekindergarten curriculum to a very special group of students. My students vary in age from three years old to five years old. All the students have an individual educational plan. The students vary from having a language deficit to being developmentally delayed.

The materials will help me introduce and reinforce the curriculum content in various ways.

Research states, every child learns differently. Therefore, some of the books on the list require the students to use dabbers while other books require the students to wave a wand over it and the book speaks to the child.
