This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we all know food insecurity is being felt by all in some way or another. Children shouldn't have to go to school hungry or go home to nothing to eat. Many people are too proud to ask for assistance or ineligible to receive it because they make little over the poverty line. With all of this in mind, I would love to have a food pantry to help the families of the children in our classroom or school without question or shame. Your help will help some family have a meal when the need arises so please give to this project.
