My Students

My students come from low income families, and even with their struggles at home they make learning a priority. They have the drive to move ahead but lack the tools and resources that many schools in different zip codes receive.

Even though many of these students are from single parent families or live with other guardians due to the fact that their parents are incarcerated, they still inspire to better themselves.

These children deserve the best educational opportunities possible to succeed!

My Project

My students are in need of headphones to be able to use while on computers. Right now, we do not have enough in our classroom set and about half of the children listen to the computer programs on quiet, but when you have so many children listening, it becomes a distraction and focus becomes limited.

Many of my children cannot supply their own headphones and so this would be a blessing to them!

It would help with the children's focus and in turn this would help with their learning as they could provide more attention to the different programs we use to academically advance them!
