Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our art class, we explore more than just paper and paint—we explore texture and scent! This project invites my elementary aged artists to engineer "Colorful, Fluffy Cloud Slime," a sculptural medium that engages all the senses.

Using Model Magic and lotion, students will manipulate form and elasticity.

They’ll use Mr. Sketch markers to color and scent their slime, blending colors and aromas to create unique sensory masterpieces. With Ziploc bags for safe storage, these young creators can take their tactile art home to enjoy! We hope you consider donating towards this awesome experiential project.
