This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We recently got a carpet and table for the reading area in our classroom and we are continuing to beautify the classroom with quality furniture to help the kids to see and experience what it is like to learn, work, study and spend time in a comfortable, non institutional like area.

The kids are experiencing high quality learning environments for the first time.

This lamp and chair will be the final touches in creating a cozy warm place to work, read and work together as a healthy learning community working towards a common goal of healthy, successful lives.
