My Project

I believe students today need to have movement. I feel that flexible seating can so this.

The seats I have chosen are active fidget chairs allowing students to wobble in their seats as they learn.

The balt shaped desk allows the classroom to be in groups or individual seating. I already have a plan on where the desks will go and the old student desks in my room will go to storage.

Research shows that students who are allowed to move by using academic games or flexible seating have a better chance of success as it keeps blood flowing in the body and keeping them more focused.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
