Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are class full of adorable first graders with many different needs. Many of us prefer to learn from the floor!

This project will provide us with all different types of seating for our small group instruction.

We will be able to learn in small groups in seats that better fit each individual's learning needs!

The cushions, seats and lap desks will allow the children choice and flexibility to learn anywhere on the floor, individually or in small groups. They can bring clipboards to work around the room, and choose the seat they like!
