My Project

Support my initiative to provide flexible seating choices for my students, enhancing their reading and working experiences in the classroom. As a middle school teacher, I witness the incredible energy of my 6th-grade students every day. Each brings unique strengths and challenges to the classroom, creating a dynamic and vibrant learning community.

I am excited to bring in a wider array of flexible seating, allowing students to choose seating arrangements that suit their individual learning styles, leading to increased comfort and focus.

This initiative is not just about providing comfortable chairs; it's about redefining how we approach learning. With a range of seating choices, students can find the best fit for their individual learning styles, leading to increased engagement.

By incorporating flexible seating, we aim to create a collaborative and inclusive space where students can work together in various configurations, from small groups to shared workspaces. This approach enhances academic skills and fosters essential social competencies like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
