My students need flexible seating options. This will give them a variety of choices while working. They also need bins to organize their personal materials and a bookshelf for their library.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Kindergarten class is in Aransas Pass, Texas. Our class is energetic, smart, funny, and kind! They are working hard on learning how to follow the rules and treat other and the materials in the classroom. Our school has been severely affected by Hurricane Harvey and continued flooding since the hurricane. Please consider helping me give my students a special seating to facilitate flexible seating options in our classroom. Our Kindergartens need the opportunity to move around and have several choices when faced with the task of building stamina and sitting to do work. It is difficult for kindergarteners to remain seated, and by giving them options they will have more opportunities to practice building stamina for staying in a seat to complete their work. My class also needs bins to organize their personal materials and a book shelf for the library Thank you for your support!
