Flexible Seating Made Easy!

My students need different seating options, such as bean bag chairs, a futon, and stability balls, that give them the flexibility and choice of where to sit in our classroom. This will keep them engaged and provide needed movement.

My Students

My kiddos are full of wonder and excitement from the day they walk into our classroom. The first day is always the most magical because they are walking into a new world with bright eyes and open hearts.

They are eager to learn more each and every day; their love for learning is what makes being a teacher worth it every year.

They are beautiful, brilliant, and talented mini humans that will change the world someday. I am proud to be their second-grade teacher!

My Project

The goal of this project is to give my students flexible seating, or different choices of places to learn in our room. I would like to purchase bean bag chairs, a futon, and stability balls to improve concentration and focus as well as give my students an outlet for excess energy. Flexible seating will strengthen our classroom environment, get students their needed movement, and give students a sense of belonging in our classroom.

In my classroom, I like to give my students a choice of where they are most comfortable learning.

Many students benefit from having their own space to focus and concentrate and it improves their ability to facilitate creativity.
