My Students

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my project!

We are an at-risk preschool program that is funded by the state of Michigan.

Each child in my class is considered low income and has one or more additional risk factors. These risk factors include, but are not limited to: a parent in prison, a developmental disability, a sibling with a developmental disability, abuse and neglect, etc.

These children are more than just their risk factors. They are lovable, kind, and eager to learn and love being at school!

My Project

These wobble stools are a great tool for any early childhood classroom. Children really need to get their wiggles out during every part of the day, and are able to concentrate much better when they are able to move at their seat. These stools will make it possible for more of my students to move during times that they are unable to get up and move around. I already have one wobble stool, but I have many more students who need them. If I had more in my classroom, it would allow more children to get the most of their school day.
