When students have these risk factors, they come to school needing special things in order to be successful. Many of the children in my class have a very hard time controlling the extra energy that they have. Wobble stools give children the ability to move their body while sitting. Much of our day is spent moving, but there are times that the children need to be still to focus, these stools give children the ability to move while still focusing on academics. I currently have one stool in my classroom, and I am constantly having to rotate it between the busy bodies. If I had more stools, it would give more children the opportunity to be successful during academic times.
