My Project

This year marks an exciting new chapter in my teaching journey as I transition from 5th grade to 3rd grade. As I prepare for this new adventure, I want to create a comfortable learning space for my students and get them excited about learning.

One way to help motivate my students to do their best each day, is to provide them a variety of flexible seating options.

Every student learns differently. Some by moving, while some may just need a cozy space to regulate themselves. Flexible seating can give my students ownership of their learning while helping them stay engaged in their workspace. All of these tools can be used independently and within a small group and will encourage movement, while maintaining a productive learning environment.
