Flexible Seating For Fidgety Students!

Help me give my students flexible seating options such as wobble chairs and bouncy bands. The letter, number, and phonics practice cards will help my students learn with engaging, hands-on activities.

My Students

My students are very hard working. They try hard to follow directions and are kind and supportive of one another. They all have some extra challenges and require individualized support to make progress.

My students are the best part of my school day!

My Project

The chair bands and wiggle seats will give my students that struggle with sitting still some good options to wiggle while still staying engaged in the lesson and focus on learning. The students I work with are already behind and require specialized instruction. In addition they have experienced loss of learning caused by the pandemic.

Flexible seating will help my students to be aware of their need to move and take ownership of what options help them to focus on learning and not to distract other students as much.

The tactile ABC and 123 cards will help my youngest learners to be able to feel the shapes of the letters and numbers and reinforce the visual representation with a tactile experience. They need extra practice and ways to generalize their letter and number knowledge.

The word building sets will help my older students to build words and practice phonics patterns to help them increase their phonics skills and reading fluency.
