My students need folding tables that are portable and lightweight to provide flexible seating options in the library.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
Our students are low income students in Fort Worth Texas. We are a title one school of around 700 students. I run the library, which services the entire school. The library is the hub of our school community. From circulating books to helping with homework and school projects, the library does it all. It is one of the most utilized spaces in the school.
Our students are voracious readers, and we have a reading culture at our school that is second to none.
We house the TABS Prep (Texas Academy of Biomedical Sciences) program, and we provide amazing opportunities for our students. We work hard to prepare them for college success.
Folding tables will allow the library space to be utilized more effectively. Students will be able to complete a variety of activities in the newly created flexible space. The more students visit the library, the more they will read, and reading is directly tied to success in school.
Whether snuggling up with a good book on the floor or creating works of art on these tables, all students in the school will benefit from this exciting project!
Please help me to make school more engaging and entertaining for our students. Together we can improve the lives of our students and help to prepare our future leaders!
