Help me give my students have more amazing flexible seating options that will last! Currently, my students have wobble stools, lowered and raised desks and a few more great items! I'd like to continue to transform our classroom!
Our school is a science magnet school with amazing students from the Conejo and surrounding valleys!
We are a diverse school with over 16 languages spoken on our campus!
Our students come from many different racial and socio-economic backgrounds who have a love of learning. We are an "old" school and our class is in a portable bungalow which lends itself to being quite crowded for 32 students, 1 teacher, a library, tech center, and desk space. Hope you consider funding!
My Project
Our classroom has some amazing flexible seating options and we now want to ensure that every table group has something unique and exciting! With these additions, our table groups can have more options for flexible seating that fully accommodates their unique learning styles. Currently, we have lowered school desks, raised school desks and other tables I've personally purchased for use in our room.
The students love having options to learn more about HOW they learn and to have the freedom to explore the various seating options.
We already know that having seating options and the ability to move helps everyone feel comfortable and stimulates their brain for learning, so now we just want even more options for comfort and learning.
