My Project

I have a few new kiddos coming in that have many sensory needs and I am greatly in need of flexible seating as well as adaptive learning materials. It is important for us to allow for flexible seating options for our kids so they can feel comfortable to learn. Comfort and safety will promote learning. Not every student can sit at a desk or in a chair all day. Some kids learn through movement and they deserve options to allow them to learn the in a way that makes them successful. My kiddos are working on functional math in order to make this fun we use games for addition and subtraction. They love to read aloud but not all of them can see a book when I hold it up so the document camera will allow all to be able to experience the book without having to move from their spots.
