My Project

Our students work hard to meet our FLASH expectations. Students who exhibit these qualities (Focused Leader who is Accountable Safe and Helpful) are rewarded with positive incentives such as snacks.

Positive reinforcement is important because it encourages desired behaviors by providing a pleasant reward or feedback, which increases the likelihood of that behavior being repeated, ultimately boosting motivation, self-esteem, and building positive habits while creating a more supportive environment for learning and growth.

Essentially, it helps students feel good about doing the right thing, motivating them to continue doing so. We are grateful to donors who can help us provide a reward to the students who go above and beyond and meet these expectations in the classroom, hallway, restroom and cafeteria.
