My Project

These items will be helpful during our fitness lessons, making sure students are on track, engaged, and understanding.

This project is meant to provide some extra resources to allow students to enjoy their time working out and keep them focused and prepared to work on their fitness.

The timer will be utilized as a clear visual for students to see where they are at in their workouts, and used as motivation to be able to track their progress. The dice will be utilized for a dice workout activity that will allow students to take turns rolling the dice to figure out what type of workout they will complete. The posters will serve as a reference point for students to be able to see an example of the exercises, and refer back to when needed. They will be posted around the room for them to look at for support.

My students love to be active and have fun at PE, and I hope these resources will help make even some of the more challenging activities fun for all!
