This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have been planning for my first year of teaching for over 5 years and I am so excited to begin. I would love to give my students a fun welcoming classroom to start off the year. I will be using these items to create a safe and caring class along with many items that I have collected over the years. I would love to use the affirmation station to encourage students to have self-love and the animal posters to encourage students to keep working hard throughout the year. I have many diverse materials I would love to add these pillows along with them.
