First Grade Necessities

Help me give my students the ability to work comfortably and safely in our classroom.

My Project

Students would benefit from alternative seating in my classroom based on the wide diverse needs including behavioral needs, IEPs, and EL students. With these specific donations I will be able to provide students the option to choose between different seating areas with the flex balls.

Other materials such as read aloud books and window coverings will support my student to feel safe during times of deregulation between specific students.

As a first year teacher I was unfamiliar to the need of materials for students with behavioral and sensory needs. These materials, including STEM items, would support not only students with needs but all students who may want to complete work in a different way.
