Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students are moving on to first grade! Kindergarten students are celebrating completing their first year of school by sliding into first grade in style!

Kindergarten students are celebrating completing their first year of school by sliding into first grade in style!

Help make my student's kindergarten celebration a fun-filled day and ease their nerves before going into first grade.

Students will get a sip, sip hooray straw to use during summer vacation! They will also get a book called "First Grade Here I Come!" to help ease their nerves as they prepare to go into first grade, in Fall.

And each student will get a kindergarten picture frame to decorate and include a picture of the class to remember their kindergarten year!

My students are wonderful, awesome, creative, caring, and smart! They are learning how to be a student; make friends, share, and build lifelong learning skills in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies as they begin their educational careers!

My students walk into my classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for the day.

They deserve the best send off!
