My Students

Our program serves families with children from birth to kindergarten entry.

"The first five years have so much to do with how the next 80 turn out." Bill Gates.

Our program is located in our early childhood center and share many of the same students and families. Our families are low income and come from a variety of family circumstances. Despite some very negative risk factors our birth to three students and preschool students are excited to learn and experience life to its fullest.

My Project

Due to COVID19 we are visiting with with our students virtually instead of in person home visits. Many of our families do not have the needed materials for our lesson plans. These fine motor tools will be used to make up virtual visit supply kits that we will drop off to student homes.

This will allow our students to continue to practice virtual visit learning activities in their home between virtual visits.

This will help close the kindergarten readiness gap for our students and support parental support of student learning.
