This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Checking, savings, credit cards, car loans...these are things that are no longer taught at home by most parents. I want my students to have first hand knowledge before they find themselves in financial trouble. I would love to have these workbooks to help my kids develop skills that will last a lifetime.

Financial literacy is for everyone not just those with a job.

I feel our teenagers need to be taught how to save money and work on their credit scores and know about finance rates. I want to give them the ability to know how to count money correctly and have some money sense.
