Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how energetic and chatty my students are! With the amount of energy they are using, my students are consistently telling me that they are hungry. I love the idea of creating a snack bar in my classroom to have something for hungry students to eat when they need it.

Not all students have the privilege to bring snacks from home.

By purchasing snacks for a class snack bar, I will be able to provide a snack to any student who is hungry throughout our school day. Food is a necessity for all human beings. I can not imagine learning anything if I was hungry.
