Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our ASPIRE team provides mental health services which include individual/group counseling, social-emotional classroom lessons, wellness spaces and community activities. The students we service are from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds who come together to form our GGUSD community.

These fidgets will assist students with emotional regulation at school and/or home.

The goal is to be able to give students who attend our individual, group or wellness spaces a fidget that they can use in the classroom and take home with them in order to support them with their emotional regulation.
