My Students

Our class consists of twenty bright-eyed 2nd graders who share a love of learning with each other. We enjoy collaborating together on projects and creating new things daily!

My goal is to provide a nurturing environment where students can maximize their learning potential.

My students learn in a variety of ways just like any other classroom. I use many different methods of teaching in the classroom to address the many learning styles of the students. We begin each day with a morning meeting to celebrate one another. I love to see their smiling faces each day to face a new day of learning!

My Project

I believe that if students are provided with an outlet for extra energy they will learn more and actually maximize focus at the task at hand. Providing students with "wiggle stools", desk pedal sets, and roller bands will give them an opportunity to move and learn while minimizing being a distraction to their classmates.

My goal is to improve on-task behavior while reducing classroom management challenges.

The students will be thrilled to be the only classroom at school with equipment such as these items to help them maximize learning! I am excited to witness learning with these products. Thank you for supporting my students.
