This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A 3D printer would be an invaluable addition to our classroom, where we support students with diverse disabilities like autism, cognitive disabilities, and other health impairments.

Firstly, 3D printers can help us create specialized tools, like fidget toys, that keep students focused and engaged during class.

Engaging with 3D printing provides a tactile experience that enhances kinesthetic learning, allowing students to grasp concepts more effectively.

Additionally, 3D printing encourages creativity and problem-solving skills. Students can design and create their own projects, fostering a sense of empowerment and ownership in their learning process.

Finally, it promotes hands-on learning, which is essential for many of our students. Overall, this technology would greatly enhance our teaching methods and support our students' unique needs.
