My Project
The items in this project can help my students escape to manage their emotions, learn self-regulation strategies, and develop coping skills. When teaching in an Intergrated classroom with some special education and some general education students we aim to foster a supportive classroom environment that prioritizes emotional well-being, which will lead to better academic performance and healthier social interactions.
The specific items we’re requesting will provide students with tools to self-regulate and manage their emotions, leading to improved focus, reduced anxiety, and a more conducive learning environment.
When students are upset, stressed or frustrated it is important for them to have the tools they need to help then relax and sooth themselves.
These fidget tools will help support our students in their learning and ability to stay focused and on task.
