Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Thanks to donors like you- we have been able to do a recurring project to provide our scholars with personal hygiene materials this spring! Our school is a safe place for our students and we would love to be able to provide this simple resource for them! Personal hygiene can be a sensitive subject to bring up to a classroom of students, but in order for students to focus in class, they need to be free of the distractions that hygiene problems cause.

Students learn best when they feel confident and comfortable.

We would like to provide all of the fourth and fifth grade students with individual hygiene packages.
