My Students

The scholars in our second grade classroom all come from a very diverse background, both socioeconomically and culturally. Nearly all of the students come from a low-income household.

These young scholars come in every morning eager to learn in fun and exciting ways.

This class thrives on learning in new, fun, and interesting ways! They really get the most out of learning when they can show off their knowledge in many different modalities.

We as a class are always looking for different and unique flexible seating options to help all of the scholars focus.

My Project

These snacks will be used in the classroom to celebrate meeting goals and other successes within the classroom.

This DonorsChoose project is also for the NEEDS of the students, these snacks will be used for those students who may come to school late and not have breakfast or the students who have to leave before lunch.

One hundred percent of my class comes low-income households where students may not be able to enjoy snacks of these types. These will also be used for class parties and celebrating birthday parties to make every student feel loved!
