In our classroom, the scholars each have an iPad that we incorporate into independent learning centers. The headphones would greatly help to keep the students focused and on-track during our rotational learning centers. Another center that I incorporate into the learning centers is a center called "be a teacher" in this center the students will get to teach a mini-lesson on the subject for that day. Although the students love this center because they get to show off their knowledge of the content and "be the teacher", but it sure does take a toll on the dry erase marker supply.
