Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a group of energetic, eager to learn 4th grades who show up every morning ready tackle the daily task. They come from a variety of backgrounds, have experiences beyond the norm, but they arrive, put their physical and mental backpacks in lockers and head to their seats!
A class set of journals will give my students stress free writing and expression activities in a structured learning environment.
The ability to self-express provides students with engaging learning experiences that support the whole student. Peaking interest is the best place to start the learning.
