My Project

For my project, I am asking for a package of Expo markers for each of my students. My students often meet to collaborate on writing projects, work through math challenges, and peer teach each other. Lately, I have watched small groups of students sharing markers. I think it would be wonderful if all students had whiteboard markers to share their ideas. They can all have a package of markers and write their ideas on our whiteboard table for all to see. I can already see how my students would use the markers to draw up their outlines for essays, diagram sentences, and list the pros and cons of being an entrepreneur. I would also have them use their markers to peer teach each other.

My class would use our whiteboard table and Expo markers to work through math problems and see there is more than one way to solve a problem.

I believe the product they achieve will bring them great satisfaction and increase their motivation to learn new things!
