My Project

My students spend a significant portion of their day gathered on our classroom carpet for lessons, discussions, read-alouds, and collaborative learning activities. The carpet serves as the heart of our classroom, where students come together to learn, share ideas, and build a sense of community. Having a clean carpet is essential because it provides a safe, comfortable, and healthy learning environment. Young learners sit, kneel, and work closely on the carpet every day, so maintaining a clean space helps reduce exposure to dirt, dust, allergens, and germs. A fresh and well-maintained carpet also promotes student well-being and allows students to focus on learning rather than being distracted by stains, odors, or an uninviting environment. A clean carpet creates a welcoming classroom atmosphere where students feel valued and cared for. It supports daily instruction by providing a comfortable gathering space for whole-group lessons and encourages students to actively participate in learning activities. By investing in resources that help maintain our classroom carpet, we can ensure that students have a clean, organized, and positive space where they can learn, grow, and succeed throughout the school year.
