My Project

The specific items I am requesting will make a difference because these items will help make my classroom more efficient for students. Spacial awareness and creating a safe environment for students will help them learn, explore and socialize with their peers. Collaboration and community is a key component to learning. Through these materials, the students will be able to have a safe learning environment that is conducive to learning. Furniture is one of the key details to any classroom. With the use of stools, students will have more of an opportunity to focus at small group table. A special bookcase for students to sit on will encourage them to visit the book nook more and explore different books which will ultimately promote language acquisition, reading and phonics. My goal for this project is to create a brand new learning environment that promotes learning, spacial awareness and growth. My students are special because they are hard workers and despite outside factors, they always persevere in their learning.
